1. Agreement
Everman Dairy (dairy.everman.in) use करने से आप इन Terms से agree करते हैं। Agree नहीं हैं तो service use न करें।
2. Account & Eligibility
- Account के लिए उम्र 18 साल या अधिक होनी चाहिए
- Account information accurate रखना आपकी responsibility है
- Password किसी के साथ share न करें
- एक dairy business के लिए एक account
3. Free Trial
✅ 7 दिन का free trial — सभी features available
✅ Credit card required नहीं
✅ Trial expire के बाद plan लेना होगा (data safe रहेगा)
4. Subscription & Payment
- Plans auto-renew नहीं होते — manual payment करना होगा
- Payment verify होने पर plan activate होगा
- Plan expire होने पर data 90 दिन grace period में safe रहेगा
- Monthly plan: ₹399/month से शुरू
5. Acceptable Use
इन कामों के लिए service use नहीं कर सकते:
- Illegal activities
- False या misleading information
- System hack या disrupt करना
- दूसरे users को harm करना
- Unauthorized access attempt
6. आपका Data
आप जो data enter करते हैं (customers, bills, payments) — वो आपका है। हम उसे sell नहीं करते। Data export करने का right आपके पास है।
7. Service Availability
हम 99% uptime का प्रयास करते हैं। Scheduled maintenance में advance notice दी जाती है।
8. Limitation of Liability
Everman Dairy indirect losses, business losses के लिए liable नहीं है। Maximum liability paid subscription amount तक सीमित है।
9. Termination
आप कभी भी account delete कर सकते हैं। Terms violation पर हम account terminate कर सकते हैं।
10. Governing Law
ये Terms Indian law के अनुसार governed हैं। Disputes के लिए Jaipur, Rajasthan की courts का jurisdiction होगा।
