1. Free Trial
✅ Everman Dairy 7 दिन का free trial offer करता है।
Trial में कोई payment नहीं होती — इसलिए refund का कोई सवाल नहीं।
2. Refund Eligible Cases
इन situations में refund मिल सकता है:
✅ Technical failure: Payment successful हुई लेकिन account 48 घंटे बाद भी activate नहीं हुआ
✅ Double payment: Same plan के लिए accidental double charge
✅ Service down: हमारी तरफ से 7+ दिन service completely unavailable रही
3. Refund NOT Eligible
❌ Plan purchase के बाद mind change करना
❌ Partial month use करने के बाद cancellation
❌ Internet/phone/bank की third-party issues
❌ Features "as expected" नहीं लगीं (हमसे पहले बात करें)
❌ Login credentials भूल जाना
4. Refund Process
- WhatsApp करें: +917733090101 — "Refund Request" लिखें
- Payment screenshot और registered phone number share करें
- हम 24-48 घंटे में review करेंगे
- Approved refund 5–7 business days में original payment method पर वापस होगा
5. Cancellation Policy
- आप कभी भी account delete कर सकते हैं — Settings से
- Cancel करने के बाद plan expiry तक service मिलती रहेगी
- Auto-renewal नहीं होता — कोई unexpected charge नहीं
- Data 90 दिन grace period में safe रहता है
6. Dispute Resolution
किसी भी payment dispute के लिए पहले हमसे WhatsApp पर contact करें। हम typically 24 घंटे में resolve करते हैं। अगर resolution नहीं होती तो आप Razorpay (payment gateway) से भी dispute raise कर सकते हैं।
